1.准备好材料

2.青菜洗干净待用

3.大蒜切碎待用

4.生抽1匙+蚝油1匙+盐适量放入碗里,加入一小勺清水调开

5.烧开一锅水,放入几滴适用油和少许盐

6.放入青菜,先焯烫菜的根部片刻

7.待菜的根部变色后把菜心全部放入沸水里,变成翠绿色就捞出装盘待用

8.小锅里放适量油,先下大蒜爆香,再放入调料烧开,关火

9.把煮好的汁浇在青菜上即可

10.我比较喜欢爆香蒜的方法,所以没有浇热油
